The app provides no info. I can't contact anyone fot assistance. Cibc is affiliated with them, no help there too. Most likely first and last year for my child to use this card as there is no meaningful benifit from it.

I don't know what changed, but a few years back you could show your student card at a participating store and you would get the discount. Why now do I have to pay $11.99 a year for a membership!? Shouldn't my membership be my student card? Just another example of greedy people wanting to make an extra buck, on the expense of the working class..
