Mission Dice is a habit-forming app that sends you one "Random Mission of the Day" every day.

■ How it works

1. You register the mission you want to try yourself. (e.g., "Take a 10-minute walk," "Compliment a stranger")

2. Every morning at the set time, a notification arrives, and one of your registered missions is randomly selected and delivered.

3. When you complete a mission, it is checked off, and a streak accumulates to track how many consecutive days you have achieved it.

4. If you do not like today's mission, you can roll the dice once a day to change it to a different mission.
