2026-08-04	Ni*****	Would not recommend buying tickets through the app. It doesn't work well at all and when you click to buy it might not do anything, just stay on the cart screen. If you happen to click again thinking it didn't go through, it will still stay on the cart screen. Then you'll get 2 lovely emails that you purchased double the tickets you wanted and they have a "strict no refund policy", even if their app is the reason you ended up buying something you didn't want. Trash and I do not recommend at all.

2026-06-08	Fi*****	what was originally told would be a 36 dollar ticket was eventually upcharged to around 150 after fees. meanwhile, that was the most unfun thing ive ever paid to do. i can run a 10k and do some basic obstacles for free. that wasnt even a 10k, it was like 2.5 miles longer than it shouldve been and the obstacles were easy other than crawling through barbed wire for like 30 minutes after the course shouldve already been over. If i recommend you do a spartan race, it means i dont like you.

2026-02-15	Ja*****	Races are fun, but dealing with the organization is a pain. They charge you for everything, the app INSISTS on giving it location access repeatedly despite not needing it for any function, they run out of pins, tee shirts, and medals, etc. They have a devoted user base that ignores the issues, allowing them to get consistently worse. This will be my last race with them.

The technical support is absolute trash. despite being charged every month it won't allow me to access the paid portion. despite emails to multiple to multiple locations including a response to a similar review providing me an email in which not a single response was given. I ended up canceling my subscription .
