This is a patient account app for healthcare providers using the qMS medical information system. It provides access to clinic services and medical information provided by the healthcare provider. All medical services are provided exclusively by licensed healthcare providers.

You can:
• select a doctor, service, branch, and convenient time;
• view service prices;
• Cancel an appointment if necessary.

If your medical organization supports online payment, the app allows you to pay for medical services provided.

All your medical information is always at your fingertips.

The app provides access to:
• Doctor's reports;
• Test and examination results;
• Medical documents;
• Search and filter appointments;
• Save documents to your device.

💬 Online Interaction with the Clinic

If these features are available at your medical organization, you can:
• Participate in online consultations with your clinic's medical specialists via chat or video call;
• Send documents in advance;
• Fill out forms before the consultation.

After the consultation, the doctor's report can be accessed in the "Medical Record" section.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Get an account with your healthcare organization.
Install qMS Mobile.
Select your clinic.
Log in using your phone number or email address.

If you are unable to log in to the app, contact the healthcare organization where your account was created.

IF THE APPLICATION IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE
━━━━━━━━━━

qMS Mobile depends on your healthcare organization's information systems.

If the app doesn't connect, doesn't display medical documents, or certain functions are temporarily unavailable, this doesn't always indicate a malfunction. Most often, this is due to maintenance, server updates, or temporary unavailability of the medical organization's services.

Once the clinic's services are restored, the app will resume normal operation.

If the problem persists, we recommend contacting your medical organization. They manage your account, medical data, and service availability.
