Garbage app. Literally the worst one yet. Why is it so hard to reset a password or pay a bill

App was fine, but now hasn't worked since Version 25.5.0, refusing to let me log in despite clearing my cache, cookies, and even uninstalling and reinstalling, with a phone restart just to be safe. Still won't let me log in as of May 22, 2026.
