I've been offered a one year discount for being a long time customer but because I've been a loyal customer so long my internet price is grandfathered in so it makes me ineligible for the discount unless I upgrade to a more expensive plan that would ultimately cost me more. I feel like this is a not a good way to keep and treat long term customers. Then I am offered a year of mobile phone service to find out the program doesn't apply to my area.

I feel the connection is spotty and there's more companies that provide the same service for cheaper at the same speeds I'm getting I've been thinking about changing and I live in Illinois where we are taxed for every single thing we buy my phone connection is faster then the connection I'm getting they need to stop saying "call us or dm us to fix issues they know the issue instead they should just fix it I mean if they really value their customers there'd be no questions they'd just do it
