There are so many problems with this JPEX Platform, you can't Trade, Swap, SMS code doesn't come, Can't Withdraw, many others..it's a waste of my money, I can't withdraw even after I exceed the minimum withdrawal them and now that the value is low. I feel like they robbed me. so sad...

I have problem with my staking, it was cancelled prior to its maturity date, and now my asset is floating I can't manage it. I reached out the customer service no call available only chat or text messaging thru whatsapp but they're so unresponsive and no updates even to their email.
