HealthyMeals is a convenient food diary that helps you record your meals and track calories and carbohydrates.

How it works
- Take a photo of your meal—the app will send it for analysis and calculate calories, carbohydrates, weight, and nutritional information (if available).
- Add meals using text or voice, and then refine your entries (comments and time) for more accurate results.
- View your history with daily totals and meal cards (including photos).

Statistics and Reports
- Daily statistics for 7/30/90 days or a custom period: graph and table, average/max/min values.
- "AI Nutritionist": generate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and view their status.
- Export reports to PDF and Word (DOCX), copy report text.

Profile and Sync
- Complete your profile (height, weight, activity, goals, and limitations) so that reports are tailored to your context.
- You can start anonymously without registering and later link Telegram to log in and sync data across devices.
