💬 Challenges board — Share focus tips and challenge updates. The two sample posts that ship with the app are clearly labeled — everything else on the board is yours.

📖 Guides — Practical tips like box breathing for focus and why fidgeting helps, written in plain words.

⏰ Reminders — Schedule calm moments (a 2-minute bubble session before email, say). Overdue items get badged.
