When converting to a new phone, it does not want to sync at all. Not cool, have tried multiple times.

App has been bad lately with latest update. It used to work just fine, all I did is just update it. I contacted the developer, no responds what so ever. Since the last update, app doesn't start automatically anymore, the mileage recording is totally inaccurate. I drive 39 miles, mileage calculated only shown 6.3 miles but the map shows the distance I drove correctly. Ofcourse I didn't change any of my settings or my phone, again all I did is update to the latest version.
