The company just asks questions via audio, and you can answer them likewise when it is comfortable for you. The company will receive an anonymous audio file to listen to. If they are interested in you, you will receive a notification about the company's name and their interest. Only after you confirm your interest in a specific company and job will the company see your name and the data you provided.
