SOS Floods is a free, humanitarian app created to save lives during floods. It connects the community, volunteers, and official information in real time.

- 🗺️ Risk Map – View your current location, flooded areas, and active requests for help. The map is updated automatically.

- 📚 What to do in a flood – Complete guide with information on first aid, hypothermia, signaling for aircraft, care with keychains (buoys), emergency kit (backpack with water, documents, boots) and much more.

- 📢 Official channels – Direct contacts for Civil Defense (199), Fire Department (193), Police (190) and link to Civil Defense WhatsApp.

- 💧 Lake level monitoring – Quick access to the Lagoa dos Patos monitoring website to track the water level.

- ☁️ Weather – Updated meteorological information (heavy rain alert).

- 🔔 Real-time notifications – Alerts about flood risks, rising river level, etc.

Data Collection and Use 3.1 Location We collect your approximate or precise location to display your position on the map and provide specific alerts for your region. 3.2 Voice and Text Data When interacting with the "Thorzy" assistant, the texts typed or transcribed via voice are sent to DeepSeek's servers for artificial intelligence processing. This data is only used to generate the assistant's response. 3.3 Firebase and Third Parties We use Google Firebase for database and storage. Google may collect device identifiers for analysis and technical operation purposes.
