SortMyDays

SortMyDays is a simple, powerful, and minimalist personal task manager designed to help you organize tasks, plan your days, stay focused, and keep track of what you've accomplished.

Whether you're managing an everyday to-do list or working toward larger projects, SortMyDays brings your daily planning together in one place—helping you focus on what’s most important while keeping your track record private and conveniently at hand.

ORGANIZE YOUR TASKS
Keep your tasks together in a Master List, then plan ahead by assigning what you want to work on Today or Tomorrow. Reorder tasks to arrange your day by importance or in whatever way works best for you, and keep your daily tasks organized.

KEEP LONG-TERM PROJECTS MOVING
Keep track of projects and longer-term tasks that take more than a day to complete. Choose what you want to work on Today or Tomorrow, keep making progress over time, and mark a project complete when it's finished.

KEEP YOUR LISTS UNDER CONTROL
Plans change. Pause tasks you don't want to work on right now, delete ones you no longer need, and restore them if they become relevant again. Completed projects remain available so you can look back at what you've finished, and you can delete them when you no longer need them.

PLAN TODAY, TOMORROW, OR FURTHER AHEAD
Organize what you want to do Today and Tomorrow, or choose a future date and add tasks from your Master List to plan further ahead. This gives you a straightforward way to handle both daily planning and future tasks without losing sight of what you're doing now.

FIND WHAT YOU NEED
Search across your tasks and navigate directly to matching items, making it easier to find something even as your lists grow.
Ever remember doing something but can't recall exactly when? Search can also help you find those useful little details from your past activity.

SEE YOUR TRACK RECORD
Look back at your task history and completion activity. Weekly completion information and streaks give you a simple way to track your progress, see what you've accomplished, and build a useful picture of your productivity over time.

BACK UP AND RESTORE YOUR DATA
Create a backup when you choose and save it to a location you select. Restore from a compatible SortMyDays backup when needed.

YOUR TASK CONTENT STAYS LOCAL
Your tasks, projects, checklists, history, searches, and backup contents are not sent to the SortMyDays developer or included in advertising requests. Your task content is stored locally on your device, so it can remain private and under your control.

PLAN. FOCUS. TRACK.
SortMyDays is designed to make everyday planning straightforward: organize what needs to be done, focus on what’s most important, and keep a private and readily available record of what you've accomplished.
