Recent reviews
Scheduled someone to come fix my washing machine. They never came. I called customer service and they were closed. I called a few times the next day around noon before their phone connected. The guy said he would find out what happened and call me back. After 3 hours I called back but their phone didn't connect for over 15 call attempts. They never called back. This app is a waste of time. Thankfully I didn't prepay for the service with my credit card and I selected cash as the payment method.

Ji*****, 2025-03-17The worst service in the world, zero customer service, no one answers the phone nor whatsapp. Live tracking on the app is not accurate at all. My phone stayed 4 days on the road with no tracking where it is. This app should be reported legally
