▶「Button-type visible ARS」 is a service provided by converting regular ARS into visible ARS. If you select conveniently and accurately while looking at the menu without listening to the ARS announcement, the call will be automatically connected.
① Run the app, enter the phone number on the keypad, and press the call button.
② If you are eligible for the service, connect to the ARS menu screen, otherwise connect directly to a regular call.
③ While looking at the connected ARS menu, select step by step and press the call button.
④ Automatically connects the call to the ARS menu selected in each step

▶ Service effect: ARS call convenience/accuracy is improved, and call time/fees are also reduced.
(Even unlimited rate plan users are charged for calls to main numbers such as 1588, and this service improves the cost saving effect)
