Days until anything you're waiting for
Add a countdown for a trip, a wedding, a baby due date, an exam, a deadline, payday, a birthday, an anniversary, a retirement date, a move — Soonish keeps the days remaining at a glance, sorted nearest-first. One-time, yearly, weekly, or monthly recurrence.

Where you are in time
Four progress bars for the day, week, month, and year you're in. Calm context, always up to date.

Widgets in four sizes
A single-event hero (1x1), a scrollable event list (2x2), a wide hero with progress bar (4x2), and a full dashboard with all four cycles plus the event list (4x4). Each widget can show every countdown or just the groups you choose. Plus adds widget themes — Plum, Midnight, Monochrome, Honey, and Material You.

Give a countdown a photo
Add a cover photo to any event and it fills the detail screen behind the day count. Plus puts that photo on the 4x2 widget. No storage permission, nothing uploaded.

Holiday packs (Plus)
One-tap public holidays for 13 countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the US, the UK, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Poland, Canada and Australia. Every holiday rolls forward to its next occurrence automatically.

School-holiday packs (Plus)
School breaks across 10 countries and 100 regions: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Czechia and Slovakia. Every region carries all of its breaks, not just summer — winter, Easter, Pentecost, summer, autumn and Christmas.

Bring in dates you already have
Import events from your device calendar — read-only, nothing leaves your phone, and recurring events arrive as recurring countdowns.

Share a countdown with anyone
Send a countdown as a link. It opens as a live countdown page in any browser — the event is encoded in the link itself, so no server ever holds your dates. Anyone with Soonish gets it straight in the app.

A proper ending
When a countdown passes, keep counting: one tap turns "3 days until the trip" into "3 months since the trip".

No nags, ever
Reminders are optional and off by default — the only alerts you get are ones you set yourself. Plus adds an optional pinned notification for your soonest countdown: silent, no vibration, off unless you switch it on. No streaks, no engagement loops.

Privacy by default
Your dates stay on your phone. No accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics SDKs, no trackers, no advertising ID. The widget works fully offline.

Free is fully usable: the four cycles, the home-screen widget, story-card sharing, and up to 10 countdowns. Plus is a single one-time unlock (never a subscription) that lifts the cap and adds groups, widget themes, holiday and school-break packs, photo widgets, milestone moments, and wordmark-free story cards.
