Giving 1 star only because there is no option to rate it zero or even negative. If someone does not want to renew their annual subscription but forgets to cancel AutoPay, and the payment is deducted, there should be an option to request a refund. My ₹1,499 is wasted because of this. I won’t have enough time to watch Sony LIV, so I have no use for the subscription. There should at least be a refund option for accidental renewals. Even many apps have refund policies. Pathetic Experience
