2025-01-28	Pa*****	This is such an intuitive and pleasant approach to ear training. The droning note makes it an almost meditative experience. Very clean interface as well. The pro version isn't cheap but it's probably well worth it and I'll consider upgrading once I get consistent results at the early levels. Highly recommend! Only suggestion I have is maybe allow the user to select the octave range of melody notes being played. My ears do not like the high, piercing notes lol

The app helps you to train scale degrees, singing pitch accuracy, and melody recognition, and does so in a gradual way. The technique Max teaches has helped me immensely in the past, and I'm eager to see how far it is yet to take me. The only problem I've seen is that there are 'glitch-effects' on screen from time to time, which are sort of cool but likely unintentional. Would love to see some more stuff with chords.

If you want to familiarize yourself with scale degrees, train your ear even while away from your instrument, and become a better musician, this is hands down THE best tool available on the store. Kudos to Max and the whole development team. Thank you!

Small feedback: I think after you failed it's not at all obvious that I need to swipe. Also it seems that if you didn't do it in time it considers it a failure, sometimes if you're distracted it means you may have wasted your time because you need to start over. Also exercise restarts if I open another app.

I'm so glad to see a well designed user interface and a high level of polish. It just feels nice to use. You can use the app free, but I chose to pay for the upgraded version, mostly because I was so pleased with the basic app. I especially love the hands-free mode. It's perfect for my daily commute. 5/5.
