SomaVibe is a body-first calm app. There is nothing to master and no breathing
pattern to follow. Tuned sound plays through your speakers or headphones while
your phone's vibration moves in the same slow rhythm — the kind of steady,
rhythmic touch the body sinks into. You rest, and let it carry you.

No exercises to perform. No streaks to keep. No account to create.

HOW A SESSION WORKS

1. Choose what you need — Unwind, Focus or Sleep.
2. Rest your phone on your chest or belly, and set the intensity so it feels
gentle and steady.
3. Press play. Sound and vibration move together for 3 to 15 minutes.

That's the whole thing. Headphones make it more immersive. A watch is optional.
Your phone is enough.

adaptive session rhythm, every multi-day program, and wrist pulses on supported
watches.

SomaVibe+ is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring
charge.

ON YOUR WRIST

If you have a compatible Apple Watch, Wear OS or Garmin watch, sessions can
extend to your wrist with gentle pulses in time with the sound, and you can
start a session from the watch itself. Features and availability vary by
platform and device.

BUILT AROUND YOUR PRIVACY

Your mood check-ins, session history and heart rate stay on your device. They
are not uploaded to a server, and there is no account to sign into.

Optional anonymous product analytics and technical crash diagnostics help us
improve the app. Both can be switched off separately in Settings, at any time.

TWELVE LANGUAGES

English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch,
Portuguese, Russian and Chinese.

A CAREFUL FOUNDATION

SomaVibe draws on research into music for relaxation, rhythmic sensory input and
slow-paced rhythm. It is designed to be received rather than performed — which
is why there is no coaching, no pacing to follow and no measurement to get
right.

SomaVibe is a general wellness product for relaxation and everyday self-care.
It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any
condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are
pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted device, or have a medical
condition affected by vibration, please speak with your doctor first.

Vibration strength varies between phone models. Every session continues with
sound when a phone's vibration is limited.
