Currently I can open the game, but as soon as I begin playing the game becomes extremely laggy and freezes. I have spoken to the developers about two months ago but they found no solution to the problem.

It's a really fun, well-written story. It's just a shame that its such a money grabber. once your energy (candle) runs out, it doesn't recharge. You have to pay. such a shame

Replay this with my kid all the time, so I bought the full candle pack. I've never had issues with it until now. After we get through the stories, I usually reset the game data so we can read them again. This has never been an issue in the 2+ years I've owned it. I got halfway through re-reading the first story this time, and now it says I'm out of candles? I go to the candle page, and it still says I own the full game, so I'm confused. Still a 10/10 game! We love it and just wanna keep playing!
