Qually Pick

Qually is a warehouse tool for staff who pick products, build pallets and prepare orders. It connects to the backend system so the product catalogue and stock stay up to date.

What you can do in the app:

Products and pallets
- Look up products by scanning a barcode with the camera, or search by name.
- Add products to a pallet manually by entering barcode (GTIN), batch number, best-before date, quantity and packaging type.
- Create a pallet with its own SSCC number and see an overview of all items grouped by product.
- Adjust quantities and remove items from a pallet.

Discounts and orders
- Apply a discount to a whole pallet or to individual products.
- Select a customer account from a searchable list.
- Create and submit sales orders from a finished pallet.

Printing and documents
- Print QR and label sheets with the pallet's SSCC to a network printer.
- Generate a PDF of the pallet contents, including products, quantities, batches and discounts.

Working with the warehouse system
- Sync the product list and stock with the backend.
- Save drafts while you work and finish a pallet when it's done.
- Keep track of submissions that are still pending.

Setup
- Choose between different working modes depending on your task.
- Configure a local network printer.
- Set your warehouse location and sign in with your account.
