OBD2 Scanner Pro turns your Android phone into a diagnostic tool for OBD-II compliant vehicles.

Connect an ELM327 adapter via Bluetooth, perform a scan, and view the vehicle's response without relying on workshop equipment for an initial check.

FAULT DIAGNOSTICS

• Reads available OBD2 fault codes (DTCs).

• Views an explanation of the detected code.

• Clears codes and turns off the Check Engine light when the ECU allows it.

REAL-TIME DATA

View parameters displayed by the vehicle and the adapter, such as:

• RPM and speed.

• Coolant and intake air temperature.

• Engine load, throttle position, and voltage.

• MAP pressure, MAF sensor, and other compatible sensors.

• Status of OBD inspection readiness monitors.

MILEAGE, VIN, AND USED CAR PURCHASE

When supported by the vehicle's control unit (ECU), the app attempts to read the VIN and available electronic mileage. You can also check stored codes and engine values ​​before buying a used car. This information is for guidance only and should be verified with the vehicle's documentation and a professional inspection.

COMPATIBILITY

The active Android version uses classic Bluetooth SPP/RFCOMM and works with compatible ELM327 adapters. The number of available modules, sensors, and functions depends on the vehicle, the ECU, the OBD protocol, the adapter, and the permissions granted by Android.

As a general reference, OBD-II is usually available in gasoline passenger cars sold in Europe since 2001 and diesel cars since 2004, although there are exceptions. In the United States, it has generally been available since 1996.

GETTING STARTED

1. Connect the adapter to the vehicle's OBD-II port.

2. Activate Bluetooth and pair the adapter from your Android device.

3. Open OBD2 Scanner Pro and grant permission for nearby devices.

4. Select the adapter and begin the diagnostic.
