2019-12-02	A *****	Recently had to get replacement library card, and yes app stopped functioning. In library told me to phone Central library and ask for tech department. She looked into it, got me to log into website and voila fixed issue. Back to great app. All started with factory reset and replacement card, only Central library have access to master database. It just needs them to change some settings.

2017-11-02	A *****	Unfortunately this app doesn't seem to be working any more and it used to be brilliant. When you click on a reservation, the book no longer shows, so you can't extend the loan now. I really hope this can get fixed as it was a great product.

2017-07-20	A *****	It was great until Edinburgh council chose to downgrade the software to save money. Now it just hangs, can't find books etc. Going into the library I'd no better as it's the same issues. Shame on you Edinburgh council.
