Solo Fitness

Solo Fitness is a workout and nutrition tracker built around visible, meaningful progress. Every major muscle group has its own rank — watch each one level up as you train. Your overall level reflects your complete training history and updates weekly automatically, or manually any time from the main screen. Track streaks, review your anatomy map, and see exactly which muscles are climbing — and which still need work.

Fast, Smart Workout Logging:
Log sets, reps, and weight in seconds. The app remembers your previous weights and reps for every exercise, so starting a new set takes just a few taps. Browse a large exercise library with demos, create custom exercises, save favorites, and build reusable routines you can launch instantly. Add personal notes about how you felt, follow celebrity weekly splits, or get recommendations that target your lagging muscles. Review your full workout history in a clean calendar view, and use volume charts to see progress over time at a glance. Prefer the pool? Log swim sessions with strokes, laps, distance, and time — then track your swim history separately.

Train Together, In Real Time:
Invite a friend and work out together — from anywhere. Each user gets their own color, and every set they log is labeled with their name. Watch your friend's progress live, chat without leaving the workout screen, and cheer each other on. Check set completion, run a rest timer on your lock screen, and stay in sync the whole session. Compare muscle ranks side by side, follow friends’ workout calendars, and train as a group when you’re ready for more than one-on-one.

Nutrition Tracking:
Set your weight, choose your goal (Bulk / Maintain / Cut), and start logging. Take a picture of your food and log it with AI, search a large food database, scan barcodes for instant entry, or create your own custom foods. Prefer typing or speaking? Add a freeform meal note or dictate it — then turn it into structured foods. If you’d rather skip the planning, Smart Recommendations build a daily meal plan based on your calorie and macro targets automatically. Track breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and custom meal slots, then review everything in a nutrition calendar.

Guided Courses & Smart Coaching:
Unlock beginner courses like Pilates and Workout for Beginners — day-by-day programs with form cues and meal ideas you can add straight to your food log. Ask the AI Personal Trainer for workout analysis, next-session suggestions, and nutrition guidance when you want a second opinion. Scan gym equipment with your camera to identify machines and add the right exercises faster.

Your Progress, Always Visible:
Watch your muscle ranks rise from E toward SSS, earn XP toward your athlete level, and celebrate weekly reports, rank-ups, and streak milestones. Core logging, ranks, and training history stay free — diamonds unlock cosmetics, courses, and optional AI/social packs when you want them.
