I've been using this app for a few months now and it's been good but now today it won't open and I'm missing out on really good drops bc the app goes to the load screen then closes. Very aggravating I need it fixed asap

I'm not sure if they purposely have terrible customer service but I paid for the upgraded subscription and the app never updated from "basic" to "upgraded". I decided to screenshot in the app where it says "you've already subscribed to Mobile Plus Monthly" and I cannot upgrade. I email support and they offer no help and say "we can't see where you purchased a subscription" this is after showing them the screenshots of my SoleSavy account showing the error message. terrible customer service
