2026-08-03	Ta*****	The app itself is self explanatory the only problem is before the last update the devices showed the state of health of lithium battery which was a very good information but now it only shows state of charge i would highly recommend the app developer to reintroduce the state of health stat as it was very helpful

2026-07-27	De*****	I can't give any rating for the app as it doesn't allow me to log on. I am logging on via my desktop with no problems but the app says my password is too simple. My password is 11 characters with a mix of upper case, lower case, numbers and special characters - how is that not good enough? (it's good enough for the web version!). If I try to use the web version from my mobile it gives a pop-up saying download the app and won't allow anything else.

2026-07-26	Hu*****	needs work. numbers on same screen don't match e.g. early morning house shows a figure for solar, daily energy shows zero, energy graph shows a different figure. api key to link to tariff just says it's expired and trying to select a tariff is very difficult as there are so many that look the same, there is no search and as mentioned in other reviews if you get it wrong you can't reset the figures. even if API integration did work it can't be used to control the battery!! This is a big falling.

2026-07-22	G *****	Good app. One issue: just got my batteries a few days ago, could be that's it needs more data to calculate an estimate but "estimated full charge time" always indicates 0 minutes. Update: mailed them yesterday and got new firmware installed today and the issue is resolved, remaining charge time 5 hrs (now all I need is sun). Excellent product.
