2022-06-08	As*****	The app is great, but the browser version is even better. The next big goal should be to app-ify the interface so all the killer features and functions (serial number replacement, data analysis display, etcetera) can run on a mobile device. If service people like myself don't have to bust out a laptop on a shadeless, wifiless roof in July, well, that would sure be swell. Overall, good work. (So much better than Sunpower and SMA it's almost embarrassing.)

2021-03-04	e-*****	It's a little slow to load information, but okay. The current weather portion of the app is not very accurate (compared to dedicated weather apps). UPDATE 3/3/2021: I've revised down to one star. The app hasn't worked since mid November 2020. Apparently there is some sort of server software problem they haven't been able to sort out.

2020-06-29	Ed*****	EDIT: Reporting stops almost everyday around 12:30pm. It then fills in the rest of the day sometime overnight. Please fix this bug. It would be nice to have an "update now" button rather than viewing 30-60 minute old data. Not sure why only production is shown and not total consumption as well...this would be helpful in adjusting usage. (Even though screenshots show it, it's not on this version - or the browser version)

2020-06-12	Ka*****	Great - when it works. Supposed to be able to use this to monitor our solar panel installation. However, it will work for a couple days and then it stops working. Then a couple days later, it will work for a day or two. Annoying and unreliable. Only reason for 3 instead of a 1 is it is helpful when it works. Thankfully don't have to depend on the app for information that needs to go to the utility company.

Count started before Duke electric connected the bidirectional meter A bit confusing on tally...Update solar has helped tremendously on power bill. Rainy season surprisingly even brought a lower bill. NEW wifi connect...unable to log on or find contact info. App is fixed, online, and working. Thank you.

2020-02-08	A *****	Latest version has clock error. Settings doesn't have option to correct the apparent daylight savings error. Be nice if the reviews were in order from latest (recent bugs etc) to older posts (outdated/un corrected issues/unrelated to newer versions). A through pdf would be nice or functional utubes might be better than nothing at all. And more features and controls for displays

2020-01-30	A *****	Not working properly ..... worked for the first few days, then lost contact (I think that it had an update during the night). Can't see what what each panel is doing during the day hours (no readings at all, not even what is being produced) .... might get total of the kilowatt hours during the night. Something is wrong ..... I don't know what or if it is communicating? Solar Bear said they will talk to a technician then get back .... still haven't heard back. Need help with this.

2020-01-29	A *****	Gives a good review of site performance especially year over year, or month over month... IMPROVEMENT... Would be better if the app could send a notice to a users phone via text or email if the system's output drops below a user settable threshold. Users should be able to turn the notice on or off. This would help users identify problems with the system immediately, rather than discovering that their system has been offline or failing for several months.

Also, YouTube video from Solar Edge says I can have a "physical layout" view of the panels in my system but that's not available in the app. Frustrating! I emailed Solar Edge about this and, after a month, have received no reply. Overall, I like seeing what my system is doing but don't like the limitations I've just mentioned.

When updates are posted, they do include all data (apparently 10-15 minute increments). No user preference or control settings available in this app, beyond units to display. I want the ability to change my battery from "Time-of-use" to "Backup" when Power Outages are predicted. Can't be done with this app.
