Must have been on the jackpot 20 times with good odds based on my hi/low number but failed every time. Ruins my enjoyment of the game sadly.

When one step away from a jackpot there is a higher lower selection. And by selecting lowerer than 11, a the odds are incredible that it will go to 12, it actually goes higher to 12 every time.
