This app is horrible. Never works. I spend up to ten minutes to reach office. After 100tries sometimes works but usually I get qr from desk office.

The requirement to have location turned on, as well Bluetooth and NFC (it doesn't work for example with only NFC) is stupid. App is designed to be something more, I will judge only the function for opening doors. Even with Bluetooth/NFC it does not just work, you need to put your phone near the receiver and then you need to press button in app. Like just placing it near isn't enough.
