2025-02-01	Jo*****	4.0 update ruined the app. Slow and unresponsive, make extra sure your photo uploaded before continuing service! had "before" photos fail because I put my phone in my pocket after taking.

2025-01-24	Da*****	It's terrible since the update. 99% of the time, the pictures don't upload. Once the picture finally uploads, it scrolls all the way to the beginning of the service. You have to scroll all the way back down to your answer. . When you're finished with a project, it takes you complete out of the store back to home screen. Dont like that I do not know your hr each week.The app before the update was 1000% better.

2025-01-20	Ki*****	App was just updated, horrible now. It takes forever to upload anything if it uploads at all. I have to keep trying uploading photos over and over again. It's not user friendly, confusing on the homepage, shows much more work then I know I have for the week, would rather it show zero when I am done for the week instead of showing next week's work also.

2023-04-13	Sa*****	I thought maybe my phone was the problem but it seems I'm not the only one with this issue. App takes forever to load! I usually turn the wifi off thinking that's the issue but can't tell if it helps or not. Usually end up restarting phone as well. I lose a lot of time this way. Seems like this shouldn't be that hard to fix. I try to remember to sign in on my way to work but inevitably crashes anyway when I walk in. Also hate having to type in not applicable all the time.

My pictures and answers are still there though, only my time has been deleted. It's really upsetting and makes my job unpleasant and more stressful than it needs to be. I've had late projects because I expect the app to work normally as it always has but then can't upload when I need to.

2022-07-08	Ar*****	I have the Android version and it crashed between late May all the way through June 2022. I used the portal till then. I'm having trouble loading the app to show my current services but it's taking a long time. This is July 7th. I can't comply with RMS if the app doesn't work..
