♿ ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE

Screen Dimmer uses Android's AccessibilityService API to support the Per-App Dimming feature.

When Per-App Dimming is enabled, the Accessibility Service is used to detect which app is currently in the foreground. This allows Screen Dimmer to automatically apply the dimming profile you configured for that app and change the dimming level when you switch between apps.

The Accessibility Service is used only for functionality related to automatic per-app dimming. You can use Screen Dimmer without enabling Per-App Dimming, and the Accessibility Service can be disabled at any time from your device settings.
