Swim Tool

We are swimmers. We spend hours in the pool, dream about water and can read a clock with our eyes closed. We swim short course and long course races, planning for each one. We work hard training, planning and training some more to achieve the results we want. When we are not asking coaches about our swim times, we are thinking about our pace for the next race. We are not human calculators but math is part of what we do.
We designed the Swim Tool to make planning for races easier for swimmers of all ages. We designed it so that coaches did not have to carry equations and calculators, along with stop watches, to every practice and swim meet. We designed it because swimmers think (and ask) about pace and short to long course (and vice versa) time conversion A LOT.
Swim Tool makes it easy to take the race results you desire and translate them into the pace you need to stick to in order to get there. Quick comparisons to your current results make it easy to see how hard you need to push.
Swim Tool makes it easy to convert short course (yards or meters) to/ from long course times for any of your events. After a long winter short course season, you can be confident in the results you can expect to achieve when long course season starts. You can easily see how far you have come and how hard you need to push.
We used the same formulas and conversion factors used by TeamUnify for USA Swimming teams (where appropriate) to give you confidence in the numbers you see. We made the tool easy to use so you can calculate pace and convert times anytime, anywhere. We made this tool for swimmers, coaches and dedicated swim parents who have better things to do than look for formulas and do math on the pool deck. We made, and use, this tool because we are swimmers who are always chasing better results.
