Softswirl

Last time I ordered swirl And found empty space in between the swirl like the space is left kind of large air bubbles with less quantity of icecream similarly, I ordered today and same happened with swirls as well as sundae. Plus I orderd sundae with nutella topping and there was no nutella topping but they charged for that toping, what is this?While this doesn't happen when I ordered for dine in......till now bad experience however delivery service is more than good.

the app needs improvement. it has no map for the rider to look from, you have to text them ur location through whatsapp. its very annoying. and the riders are not responsible at all, by the time that they come, the ice cream is melted.
