VigiControl

VigiControl is an advanced system designed for online monitoring and control of security guard tours. It enables full auditing and real-time tracking of guard actions including GPS position reporting, SOS emergency alerts, 'alive' presence signals, and detailed incident reports collected via smartphone. Guards can send images, voice notes, QR codes, and text updates to the monitoring center for comprehensive communication. The interface features user-friendly buttons for SOS emergencies, route tracking, live confirmation signals, news updates, and task assignments.

The application ensures reliable communication through multiple methods such as TCP/IP over WiFi and cellular data (GPRS-LTE), as well as fallback SMS when data networks are unavailable. VigiControl operates continuously, 24/7 and 365 days a year, providing solid security guard oversight through electronic monitoring service providers. Currently available in English, Spanish, Polish, and Portuguese, it will soon support additional languages. Designed for professional security operations, VigiControl enhances guard accountability, safety, and incident management.
