Alertas

Alertas is an official emergency alert application by the Municipality of Pilar designed to swiftly connect citizens with urgent municipal services. Registered users can instantly notify the Municipal Operations Center via three dedicated buttons: Police, Firefighters, and Ambulance. Upon activation, an operator contacts the user to get detailed information and dispatches relevant emergency responders to the user's geolocation.

This app is essential during personal security threats, accidents, or any situation requiring immediate help when direct communication isn't possible. It automatically transmits the user's satellite position to facilitate prompt assistance. Alertas also includes a test function to ensure readiness without triggering false alarms. Users must register through the Municipality’s platform to access the service, making it a reliable, efficient tool for public safety within Pilar.
