Doings: AI Plan & To-Do List

Doings is the to-do list that plans with your AI and times what you do. Describe a goal, let your own AI turn it into a plan, and find it ready in Doings: activities, dates, notes. Then time every session and see where your time really goes: sport, study, work, hobbies, projects.

CREATE WITH MY AI
Describe what you want to achieve: learn a language, prepare for an exam, get back into running. Doings writes the request for the AI you already use (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini…). Paste its reply and your activities appear, scheduled, with lessons and exercises as notes and a PDF sheet when needed. Attach any files to your request, including notes and documents from one of your categories. Doings sends nothing by itself: you choose what you share with your AI.

TIME WHAT YOU DO
One tap starts the stopwatch on an activity. It keeps running when your screen is off, stays in your notifications with its controls (note, pause, complete) and records every session. The time you measure feeds your statistics, your goals and your calendar.

ORGANIZE IT YOUR WAY
Categories and subcategories, each with its own color, emoji or photo: from your photo library, an image copied from the web, or the built-in visuals for common activities (travel, judo, dance, hiking...). A "For later" list for what isn't urgent, and a background image per list if you like. Keep some activities off the main page, one by one or for a whole category, unfold subcategories as a tree, and share or back up a single category.

SET GOALS AND FOLLOW THEM
A goal in time or in completed activities, per day, on chosen days of the week, or over a period. The day's banner tells you where you stand; rest days count as such.

UNDERSTAND YOUR TIME
Breakdown by activity or by category: today, recent days, this week, this month, this year or any custom range. Compare activities and hide the ones that get in the way.

NOTES, FILES, PDF
Add notes, photos, videos and documents to any activity. Find them by day, by activity or by file type, select several and share them, as they are or combined into a single PDF.

REMINDERS AND REPEATS
A reminder at the exact time, a repeat at your own pace: Doings creates the next occurrence when the previous one is completed.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU
Doings works fully offline. No account, no ads, no data collected. Your activities, your time and your images never leave your phone. A one-file backup lets you move everything to a new device.
