Avantages

Convenient for checking balances and managing accounts.
External bank transfers work reliably.
Fingerprint login feature is appreciated.

Inconvénients

Mobile deposit feature frequently fails.
User interface could be improved and feels dated.
Issues with transaction display and pending transactions.
Fingerprint login can be finicky or locks users out.

To me it is useless, hopefully they will add the transfer account from other banks that I currently have set up on my desktop online account. Once I'm able to use the transfer money to pay my loan, I will change my rating here. TechCU team, keep up the good work and they to add that feature, thanks. Edit: this has been fixed and its long past due to reevaluate this review. Been using external bank transfers and it works like a charm.

I haven't had any problems with the app up until now (which is why I took off one star). Usually when I buy something online, it will show up on my account as 'pending,' along with the amount that I paid. But lately, it just stays blank like I haven't bought anything at all. It's confusing, especially when I'm out and I need to get something. I'm not sure if it's my new phone glitching with the app, or if the app itself just needs updating.
