Disconnection between the app and physical branch information
Credit card transaction viewing is poorly integrated and inconsistent
Frequent need to log back in due to short timeout periods
Mobile deposit process has long hold times for checks
User interface changes have made navigation less intuitive

I need two separate apps in order to manage my debit card, in terms of unlocking and locking it. You're even further inconvenienced by the fact that you can't view your balance in the "sub-Summit" app. unless you have your card unlocked. So, you have to either unlock it or log back into the other app to see your balance. Also, there should be a feature that allows you to create a digital debit card. Even mobile banking apps. like Dave and Chime offer the capabilities of both the aforementioned.

I want to give this 5 stars because it works great to show me checking and savings account information. However, I can't because I have never once been able to view credit card transactions. When I click on my credit card from the main page, the transaction history is blank, and that is unacceptable. Additionally, despite online instructions that tell me Zelle is available in the app, it isn't - it is only present in a browser. In 2024 your app should be able to perform basic banking functions.
