2023-04-21	Ke*****	New credit card center feature is not efficient or effective. Went through the steps of adding my LBS account to my LBS credit card when it used to be linked automatically.. Now payments don't seem to be instantly applied but they are instantly withdrawn... loved the way the app used to work with the credit card payments.

2023-04-20	Li*****	I've had this app for years now... all of a sudden the "mobile deposit" option has completely disappeared. I've contacted the credit union, everything on their end shows that I have it, but I still don't see it. Please help.

2023-01-16	Ye*****	I thought I would get a better experience with LBS Financial. However it's a really basic simple credit union account. It takes a while for funds to be released for refunds, and other delays with receiving funds that aren't as fast as I would expect. I will be closing out this account, and putting my money into another credit Union that is better able to meet my life goals.

2022-10-03	El*****	Love being able to have direct access to my money through this app. I'm able to bring transfers and check my account immediately after making a purchase. This credit union is strict or protecting your money. And sometimes to a fault. This app has saved me instantly when I'm in a checkout line where I can move money from one account to the other to purchase my items. Or I'm able to check the balance immediately before even making a purchase. There are other things that you can do in the app.

2022-08-11	Ev*****	Easy to use. If you have multiple accounts within this bank, you can view all your balances etc. But not if you have outside accounts from other banks. It takes approximately 5 full days for any transfers from other outside accounts so as long as you don't need access to your money right away I suppose that's okay.

2022-06-18	Ke*****	Been a customer since 1995, been using the app since it first released...I lowered the star rating because they still haven't added Zelle to their platform and seem to not mind being behind in that technology. Zelle would be an excellent addition to the app and would really help customers with payments and transfers.

2022-01-31	B *****	Great app, quick transactions, good customer service, quick transfers. I love it.. Still loving this app especially now that I'm able to add a non WF bank to my LBSFCU acct this made it so simple now I don't have to go to my other bank to make a deposit in my acct, now I can do it online from home. Love it 💕

2021-12-04	La*****	The people here are so very kind! It's got to be one item on the have to's in getting his! In the last two months I have experienced a stolen id problem . No fault of this company of course. My goodness I have been helped in sooooooo many ways. I have been with them for 30 plus years... They are the BEST!

I changed to the S9 yesterday. It did not allow me to log in so I uninstalled the old app and tried to install it again. it won't allow me to do it. It is stalled. Tried several times. I
