Trying to pay your bills is really hard to figure out how to do on this app. I cannot figure out how to pay bills through already linked accounts. And have been trying to get a hold of on tap for weeks regarding this.

Update: Thanks for pushing updates to improve. Upgrading rating... The developers of the app should go back for training. The biggest joke. The other one worked fine. It's a nightmare to use the app. Way to go on your rebranding activity. Not winning! Update 1.4.19: App is worse than ever. It wont even load my accounts now. Just keeps cycling. After over 20 years of being with this bank, I think it's time to switch!
