Cons

New update causes significant issues such as slow loading and app crashes.
Biometric login is not functioning or is missing after update.
Unable to save login information; forced frequent re-login is frustrating.

Enrollment process is problematic; users cannot enroll or log in properly.

Recent reviews

Constantly forces you to log in even if you have biometrics enabled. If somebody has chopped off my thumb, I have bigger problems than my bank account. Absolutely infuriating. Will be closing my account over this. Absolutely ridiculous, and just bad business

The new update has been terrible. Very slow loading times and too many screens. To the point I've been considering moving banks because I only bank online. If the app is terrible then so is my banking experience
