Recent reviews

Update: theyve only gotten worse. Hoping Gladis finds them. Trash just like this credit union. Not user friendly. Not intuitive at all. Makes it difficult to make payments on time. And their customer service is full of straight liars who tell you they'll get the issue figured out and solved, but they don't they leave you high and dry. Set up auto pay multiple times and it just stops for no reason. Glitchy mess can't wait until this is paid off and I don't have to deal with this trash anymore.

Dud app. Many bad reviews from others so this is not an isolated case. AFCU responds by saying Android users have to download the new upgrade. Guess what? The new upgrade doesn't download & I have ample storage & data. Addendum: still having problems even though I uninstalled & reinstalled. Can't deposit checks using Mobile app. Front of check is always accepted even if it has crinkles & shadows, back of check is never accepted. Regardless of orientation or clarity, the back is never accepted
