2026-07-16	Kh*****	The app has good features, but it's quite slow and still needs a lot of performance and UI improvements. That said, the customer support is excellent. Sufia was very helpful during my account upgrade—she was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth. I hope the app catches up to the quality of the support team.

The entire process was handled efficiently, and Sofiya kept me informed at every step, making what could have been a complicated procedure smooth and hassle-free.
