The service offers multiple plans: a free fax-sending option with voice guidance, a paid point-based plan allowing multi-page and multi-receiver faxes, and a fax number rental service for unlimited fax reception without hardware. PokeFAX supports various file formats, lets users edit fax documents (including brightness and contrast), add signatures and headers, organize favorites and contacts, and maintain detailed send/receive histories. Powered by KDDI's Hikari Direct server, PokeFAX ensures stable and reliable fax communication primarily within Japan.
