View your daily route on a map or list. Rearrange stops as needed. Start each visit with GPS check-in that verifies your location at the assigned point. A task board guides you step-by-step until the visit is complete.

INVENTORY WITH SCANNING
Scan products with your camera using EAN-13 and UPC codes, or search for them manually. Record quantities, mark out-of-stock products, add notes per product, and capture prices. Everything is automatically saved to your device.

PHOTOS AND EVIDENCE
Capture photos with alignment guides to maintain quality. Add notes and tags to each photo. Document your activities and those of your competitors in separate categories.

DYNAMIC FORMS
Complete custom checklists and forms assigned by location or globally. Fields include Yes/No, multiple choice, text, number, and photo options with progress indicators and real-time validation.

AUTOMATIC REPORTS
At the end of each visit, Sofia automatically generates a PDF report with photos, times, collected data, and notes, plus an Excel file with inventory lines. Reports are emailed to configured recipients.

WORKS OFFLINE
Designed to work offline. All tasks are saved locally and automatically sync when you regain a connection. Never lose information due to signal problems.

NOTIFICATIONS
Receive visit reminders, route assignments, and follow-up alerts directly on your device.
