2024-08-21	Ka*****	I am giving 5 star for the service they provide. My luggage bag was damaged in transit. Its one leg was completely teared off from the body. I was in big worries. And they send Mr. Shoiab to help me out. He came, and I thought how he would help me, my bag was already gone. He tried, but it didn't work. So he took it to the workshop and came after 2 hours with a repaired bag. The leg of the bag looks nice and strong. I was surprised with his skilled work. Thank you, Mr. Shoiab. and Holiday Inn.
