NamPhongCare - A health monitoring and home visit system for village health volunteers (VHVs) and public health officials in Nam Phong District, Khon Kaen Province.

The NamPhongCare application was developed to improve the efficiency of VHVs and medical personnel in providing fast, accurate, and secure healthcare services to the public and patients with chronic diseases (NCDs) in the community.

Main Features:
1. National ID Card Verification: Supports connection to a Smart Card Reader for accurate verification of patient and VHV identity.
2. Vital Signs Recording and Tracking: Supports receiving vital signs data from external health monitoring devices via Bluetooth (Bluetooth BLE) and entering data for body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen levels.
3. Home Visit Management System: Displays appointment lists and home visit schedules for patients in the community, along with tracking of health check status.
4. Offline Mode: Supports fieldwork in areas without internet access and syncs data back to the system when the signal is reconnected.
5. Data Security: All health data is encrypted and linked to the hospital system according to health data security standards.

• Bluetooth (BLE) Vital Sign Monitoring Devices: Requires external health monitoring devices that support the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) standard, such as blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, and thermometers, to transmit values ​​for recording in the application.
