2024-10-20	Pa*****	I've been using this app for a while already but out of nowhere they took out the option to log in with your Instagram. They left the other 3 options and unfortunately I only used Instagram and now I can't access my account which has all my points.

2024-09-11	Ai*****	I really want to love this app but the huge problem is that Everytime I go in the app it glitches me out, and it's not only me that this happeneds to , it's also my friend, if it didn't keep glitching me out id absolutely love and have no problems with this app.

2024-01-15	Ad*****	I am a bubble skincare enthusiast, 15, and this app is the way bubble prefers to do their ambassador program. Downloaded and it won't even let me create an account. If this is fixed it could be 5 star but this is overall disappointing (I have an android 13)

I can't get my tiktok to link I've asked for help over emails they want to ring me I'm not comfortable with it so I was told send pictures describe the problem so I did now they want a video even though I did a step by step. Still no help. I'm so frustrated. Edit sent a video a week ago no reply at all. Now I can't even get tasks for insta completed as its says there's a problem with the app. SocialLadder = no help

2023-04-11	St*****	This seems like a great way to become a brand ambassador, in theory, the app just doesn't work very well. I just ordered my first PR box, but the email confirmation was messed up. My feed had an error message so I cleared cache and it unsubscribed me from the area I'm a leader in. I sent a support ticket and now I can't even open the app without it crashing.

2023-03-29	Am*****	The app is super finicky. I thought my phone was glitching, so I closed out of the app completely and restarted, but the app continued to misbehave. Even after opening it after a clean install, it would say not responding and then pop up with an error message every 10 seconds. Sad because I feel like there was a lot of potential here.

2023-02-16	Al*****	If your app is supposed to track participation in rewards programs, yet can't do basic math, then your app is a failure. Add to this, its clunky UI plus the abysmal "tech" support, and you've got a real stinker. Wish it was possible to rate it "no stars". Needs a complete overhaul.

2022-09-05	Sa*****	I've been using SocialLadder for several years for festival promotion. I used to encounter glitches, but they've really revamped the app and UI over time, and anytime there's an issue now, it gets solved promptly or they'll start working on a solution. I really like how easy it is to post directly on different social media platforms from the app.

2022-05-21	Ma*****	UPDATE: The app originally had a crashing issue, BUT, the support team is AMAZING. They worked with me very diligently and quickly to resolve the issue completely. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5, because now the app functions exactly how it is supposed to, and because again, the technical support team is INCREDIBLE!
