** UPDATE** Finally got my first gift card for $10 via email. it takes approximately 7 to 10 business days after you go to redeem your points. Just follow the steps as instructed via email. This is the 2nd time I've tried to redeem my points for 40000 and NEVER received my email to claim my rewards!!! I even had a friend walk me through the process and still after verifying my email address - didn't receive anything. highly disappointed!!!!

Works well to count up steps. But cannot redeem points. It takes your 40000 points but never received a gift card or further directions. No one to contact...tried to contact customer service. Says they received email. No response.
