Versa Social is software developed to consolidate and materialize the proposal of the Electronic Medical Record within the scope of the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS). It was designed to support the registration, monitoring, and management of information related to users of social assistance services, ensuring practicality, security, and reliability in data processing.

With an intuitive interface and centralized access, Versa Social facilitates the daily work of social assistance professionals, allowing records and consultations to be carried out quickly and efficiently. The system can be accessed from anywhere—including during home visits, via cell phone or tablet—offering mobility and increasing efficiency in serving families.

Strictly following the regulations of the Social Assistance Policy and the General Data Protection Law (Federal Law No. 13.709/2018), the software ensures that sensitive information is protected. It adopts individualized permissions, respecting the specific attributions of each professional category. Higher-level technicians have access to the complete Electronic Medical Record, while mid-level workers can use the system securely, without viewing restricted records. Furthermore, Versa Social contributes to the standardization of records and improved management, allowing for the systematization of information and integration with different services and equipment of the SUAS (Unified Social Assistance System). The system provides resources for issuing and exporting data for the Monthly Activity Report (RMA), an essential document for monitoring, evaluating, and planning social assistance actions.

By standardizing processes and consolidating strategic data, Versa Social becomes a fundamental tool for strengthening public management, supporting decision-making, and improving the provision of services in the territories, directly contributing to the development of the SUAS and guaranteeing the rights of the families and individuals served.
