NACO SOCH App

The NACO SOCH App is a comprehensive mobile application designed to support HIV beneficiaries and healthcare staff involved in preventative care and treatment coordination. It serves four types of users: HIV beneficiaries, F-ICTC paramedic staff, TI Outreach Workers, and OST Nurses.

Beneficiaries can securely access their personal medical records, book appointments at registered HIV care facilities, and set medication reminders. F-ICTC paramedics can efficiently record reactive clients and submit monthly reports to ICTC centers, ensuring smooth client referrals and accurate service delivery data. TI Outreach Workers can record field services such as registrations and commodity distributions, as well as monitor peer educator performance directly via the app. OST Nurses benefit from real-time recording of dispensation activities and stock management, including options for take-home doses and stock adjustments.

Developed to enhance the HIV Continuum of Care through seamless digital coordination, the NACO SOCH App empowers healthcare professionals and beneficiaries alike by improving visibility, communication, and timely interventions within the HIV care ecosystem.
